Welcome to Voyagers, an exciting 16-week advanced course designed to challenge your child and take their English skills to the next level!
With small group settings (only 5 children per group), Voyagers offers a personalized learning experience designed to challenge and excite your child as they continue their journey to English fluency!
Highlighted learning objectives:
- Use “supposed to” and “meant to” to talk about expectations, plans, or obligations (You’re supposed to wear a coat when you go outside in the snow.")
- Use modals of deduction (must, might, can't) to make logical assumptions about past or present situations ("That can’t be a bear; the paw prints are too small.")
- Use conditionals (zero, first, and second) to discuss real and hypothetical situations related to landscapes ("If it rains a lot, the river floods.")
- Use "along," "across," "through," and "around" to describe the route or path to follow.
- Use adverbs for measurements, focusing on the accuracy, extent, or manner in which something is measured (e.g., precisely, roughly, accurately, significantly).
- Use "as... as" for comparisons of equality ("The bear is as strong as an ox," "Her hair is as black as the night.")
- Use ordinals for the position of planets in the solar system, or steps of a space mission (from launch to return)
