3-Hour Birthday Party PackageWhat’s Included for $375Admission: 10 guests. (See below for adding more participants) Rental Roller Skates: 10 rental tickets. Food & Drink: 2 large pizzas (cheese or pepperoni, 16 slices total) plus 1 can of pop or bottle of water per guest. Extra pizzas, drinks, popcorn etc. can be added at checkout or on the day of your party. Private Party Room & Host: Access to a private room for the full 3 hours, including plates and cutlery. A host will meet you in the lobby to help you set up and will handle the final cleanup. (Note: Food service is self-serve). DJ Entertainment: A special song dedication and birthday name announcement. 📋 Important Rules & Guest InfoAge Limits: All ages are welcome, except for Thursday night parties, which are strictly 18+. Waivers: Every single person entering (including non-skating parents) must have a completed waiver on file. The package covers 10 guests; each additional guest is $20.00. (additional guest charge includes admission and rental skates only, additional drinks and pizza must be ordered separately) Extra Fees & Add-ons: - All children 3 years and older count as guests.

Outside Food & Cake: No outside food or drinks are permitted, with the exception of a birthday cake. Personal water bottles are permitted. (eg. Yeti bottle) ⚠️ Strict No-Flame Policy: Absolutely no candles, sparklers, or open flames are allowed on the cake or inside the building. Consider a cake topper as an alternative! ⏰ Arrival & Room EtiquetteArrival: Doors open 15 minutes before your session. Please line up at the front entrance with the general public, then notify the front desk of your arrival when doors open. Food: Please keep your pizza and cake in your room. No outside food or drinks permitted (cake is the exception see above) If you choose to bring an Ice Cream Cake please let your party attendant know and we can store it in our refrigerator for you until you are ready to serve it. Security: Party room doors do not lock. Do not leave valuables unattended. It is highly recommended to take gifts to your car after they are opened. Cleanup: Please do not use confetti, glitter or any items that cause excessive mess. The room should be left reasonably tidy, and guests must exit promptly at the end of the 3 hours. Safety: Should your group partake in activities that put others at risk for their safety, we reserve the right to ask your party to leave with no refund. Rink rules during public sessions are created in order to keep all participants as safe as possible. 💰 Deposit & CancellationsPayment: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellations: Deposits are only refundable if the party is canceled at least 30 days prior to the booked date. In addition: Should you have a person cancel, or decide they want to attend the party, it’s OK! We can adapt to these scenarios at the time of the party. Each participant in the party will receive a wristband. Parents dropping off should come in with each participant to prove the waiver is completed for their child or children attending the party. We will provide the parent returning to pick up their child with their own wrist band to be able to enter the facility. We lock the entrance doors 10 mins before the end of the session. Please have them arrive at least 15 mins before the end of the booking session. If they miss that deadline, all participants will exit the door beside the Thrift Store drop off.
