Award Criteria:‍
‍Grants in support of a master coach program may be made to a host organization (university or provincial/regional sport association) wishing to further the practical development of coaches by facilitating extended visits by experts or master coaches. Through this coaching development program, student coaches will work with a recognized coaching expert, known as a “master coach,” to help them achieve pre-determined learning objectives. A master coach is defined as one who is able to participate in and coordinate formal evaluations of student coaches. Activities must occur between July 1 of the year of application and June 30 of the following year.

Award Value:
Up to three grants of up to $3,000.
