If you wish your child’s class to be funded from an outside source please complete the following application in full. Only completed applications will be accepted and your child's enrollment will not be accepted without first months tuition, registration fees and all forms submitted and confirmed by management.

I agree to cover all costs incurred if the funding is denied by my funding organization:

You are responsible for the first month’s tuition and registration fee payment. After this, we will allow 6 weeks of enrollment without payment while you are waiting for funding approval. If we have not received payment after the 6 weeks, you will be required to pay the monthly tuition until your funding arrives. If you have an approval letter or a PO #, we will waive this procedure.
