We ask that you watch the shared videos and read the instruction to create your own Introduction and Warm-Up Videos.

Below is a field for you to upload these videos which will serve as the second round of interviews for the position of Preschool & Kids Sports Coach at Sportball. 

Once you've submitted your video, someone from our training team will give you a call within 24 hours to let you know if we will be bringing you in for our New Hire Training Meeting!

Video One (Approx. 1 Minute)- Tell Us About YOU 

• Introduce yourself 
• Tell us a bit about your educational and sport background 
• What made you want to become a Sportball Coach? 
• What are a few fun facts about yourself? 

These are guidelines/ideas. Pretend you are talking to a group of parents on the first day of the Sportball season. How would you present yourself? How would you make the group feel comfortable? 

Video Two (Approx. 2 Minutes)- Be the Coach 

• Very brief introduction of yourself 
• Demonstrate a Sportball warmup (as shown in the video, or your own creative idea!)
• Show us your energetic, silly and fun self!

*Sportball Warmups

Warm ups at Sportball consist of a quick game of Sportball says (Similar to Simon Says), 5 big jumps, and a gross motor stretch. You are welcome to study the video in detail and show us how you would lead this warm up. If you’re feeling creative, switch up the stretches and show us something new! There are no wrong answers!
