Settlement Services in the Bow Valley has a new process to make sure our services are meeting your needs. Starting April 1, 2025, we ask new and returning clients to complete this form once every year.

Permanent Residents of Canada (including Refugees)
Foreign Workers in the final stage of transitioning to PR (has received a Letter/Email from IRCC saying that you are now eligible for Settlement Services).
