Competitive Summer Training
Please Read Carefully
This program is a summer program only designed to prepare your child for our Competitive Program that starts officially in September 2026. Summer training is optional but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for the most effective progress throughout the year. Gymnastics is not the type of sport where you can take multiple weeks off and still expect rapid progress upon starting again.
The athletes will work on strength, shaping, handstand development and basic fundamentals in regards to jumps, turns and specific event training. This program is an invitation-only program where athletes are meticulously selected to ensure a quality team of Gymnasts that empower each other. It is an invitation only program. It is designed to promote a safe and efficient transition into our higher level programs.
Summer Training Options
Passion Elite A (9 Hour Program) - Athletes accepted into this program can choose a 6 hour (2 days) or 3 hour (1 day) summer training option. The full 9 hour program (3 days) will start in September 2026 and has a separate registration form.
Passion Elite B (6 Hour Program) - Athletes accepted into this program can choose a 6 hour (2 days) or 3 hour (1 day) summer training option. The regular 6 hour program (2 days) will start in September 2026 and has a separate registration form.
Passion Elite C (3 Hour Program) - Athletes accepted into this Pre-Competitive program can choose a 3 hour (1 day) summer training option. The regular 3 hour program (2 days at 1.5 hours each) will start in September 2026 and has a separate registration form.
Passion Elite D-1 (2 Hour Program) - Athletes accepted into this Pre-Competitive program will start in September 2026. If you would like to train in the summer, please sign up for our Advanced Gymnastics class option CLICK HERE TO REGISTER
