Are you wanting to improve your roller skating skills, build muscle and core strength? Pre-register for this class offered weekly, and instructed by either Elaine or Mel (sometimes we are both there!). Each class focuses on movements dissected and repeated to the beat of the music. Having some experience on wheels will be beneficial for all kinds of roller skating styles. Whether you are skating recreationally or wanting to roll into dance skating, QuadFit will enhance all your roller skating skills.

If you have registered for a class and for any reason can not attend, please let us know so we can bump you to your next available date. We do not provide refunds, however please limit the amount of bumps to 3 maximum for one booking.
