*The camp for children with special needs is not offered during winter camp. Group composition may vary depending on the number and ages of registered campers.
Cancellations and refunds
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before December 4 to be eligible for a refund.
- Requests received before this date will be refunded, less an administrative fee of $15 per registered day.
- After December 4, no refunds will be issued unless a medical certificate is provided. In that case, the $15 administrative fee per registered day will also be deducted from the approved refund.
- A child’s absence from camp does not constitute a cancellation. No refunds will be issued for days on which a child is absent.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- No changes or cancellations will be accepted once camp has begun.
Code of conduct
Centre du Sablon reserves the right to ask a camper not to return to camp if their behaviour compromises the safety or smooth operation of the group.
All campers must follow the camp rules and their group’s instructions. Disrespectful or disruptive behaviour, foul or hurtful language, violence and bullying will not be tolerated.
Camp closures
A refund may be issued if a camp day is cancelled due to the camp being closed.
