Training Waiver & Acknowledgment

By participating in this online training, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I understand and acknowledge that the training contained within is confidential, is restricted to solely be for my own use, and intended for informational and educational purposes only.
• I agree to actively participate at my own discretion and take responsibility for my learning outcomes.
• I confirm that I have the necessary equipment, internet access, and environment to engage safely and effectively in the training.
• I am responsible for complying with all of my obligations under the IESO Market Rules and Manuals, associated policies, standards, and procedures relating to the subject matter of this training. Where there is a discrepancy between this training and the IESO Market Rules and Manuals, and/or IESO contracts, those documents shall prevail.
• I will release and hold harmless the organization, trainers, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages that may arise from my participation in this training.
• I will not record, reproduce, distribute, or share any part of the training session, including all associated materials, without obtaining prior written permission.
• I understand and acknowledge that all payments are subject to an additional non-refundable processing fee to cover administrative and credit card processing costs. I agree that this processing fee will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellations, withdrawals, or refunds of the underlying program or activity.
