Birthday Party Refund Policy:
- Birthday Party Deposits are transferable to a different date with a 25% fee up to 7 days from the party date
- Birthdays cancelled up to 14 days from the party date are subject to a 10% administration fee
- Birthdays cancelled less than 14 days of the party date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee
- The number of kids can be reduced from 20 to 10 up to 5 days prior to the party date
