Sponsorship Opportunities for 2025 Events

Tourism New Westminster (TNW) is excited to announce a call for submissions for sponsorship opportunities during the 2025 event season. We are looking to partner with a select number of events and initiatives that showcase the vibrant culture, heritage, and community spirit of New Westminster.

By aligning with TNW's vision and strategic goals, sponsored events play a key role in enhancing the tourism experience and promoting the unique value of New Westminster as a destination.

We welcome applications from:

📌 Local event organizers
📌 Community groups
📌 Cultural organizations
📌 Festivals, markets, and other initiatives that drive tourism and community engagement

We are particularly interested in events that:

🔹 Generate overnight hotel stays
🔹 Attract local and regional visitors
🔹 Drive spending at local businesses
🔹 Promote inclusivity and community connection
🔹 Offer measurable tourism or economic benefits

Important Information:

We will only be selecting a limited number of events for sponsorship.
Most sponsorships will range between $1,000 and $2,000, either in cash, in-kind support, or both.
Larger sponsorships may be considered for events with a significant, demonstrable impact on tourism in New Westminster.
If your event takes place before the February 28th application deadline, special considerations may be made at the discretion of the sponsorship committee.

Successful applicants may receive:

⭐ Promotion through Tourism New Westminster’s marketing channels
⭐ Giveaways hosted on TNW’s social media accounts
⭐ Opportunities for collaboration and community partnerships

Right to decline sponsorship:

Tourism New Westminster reserves the right to decline sponsorship for events that do not align with its mission, values, or strategic objectives, or for any other reason.

The information you provide is used solely for the purpose of evaluating your sponsorship request, communicating with you regarding your application, and managing our sponsorship relationship if applicable.
