2026 Provincials Team Registration 

Minor Hockey Association registrations to participate in provincials will be accepted until December 1, 2025.

Rosters must also be submitted and entered in the Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) to be eligible for Provincial competition by December 1, 2025.
 
A Minor Hockey Association representative (President or Registrar) MUST be the one to register their respective teams for Provincials, individual teams registering will not be accepted. The team name on the application MUST match the team name in the Hockey Canada Registry.

Regional representatives will place teams into the appropriate categories prior to December 15, 2025.

Please note you can register up to 10 teams PER form. If you are registering more than 10 teams, you will need to submit multiple forms.

Minor Co-Ed:

• Under-11 Rural AA, A, B, C, D, E - February 27 - March 1, 2026 
• Under-13 Rural AA, A, B, C, D - March 13-15, 2026
• Under-15 Rural AA, A, B, C - March 6-8, 2026
• Under-18 Rural A, B - March 6-8, 2026

Minor Girls:

• Girls Under-11 A, B, C - March 6-8, 2026
• Girls Under-13 A, B - February 27 - March 1, 2026
• Girls Under-15 A,B - March 13-15, 2026 
• Women's Under-18 A,B - February 27 - March 1, 2026
