PARENTAL CONSENT:*

I have read this registration form and the attached Camp Rules. I understand that my child will be taking part in a summer program in a rural area. Some of the activities offered during the week (such as swimming) require the campers to be transported by bus to another location (ie. Coronation Swimming Pool).

Every precaution is taken to ensure that the activities offered at the camp are conducted in a safe manner, however, accidents may occur. I hereby release Veteran Family Camp, its Directors and Staff, from any and all liability in the event of an accident or misfortune that may occur to my child.

MEDIA CONSENT & RELEASE:

I hereby authorize Veteran Family Camp to take images and/or video footage of my family including my child(ren) (any person under 18 years of age), in whole or in part for various purposes. I waive any right to compensation, promotional material, and legal actions resulting from any said media materials collected.

CANCELATION POLICY:

There is a registration fee of $25.00 per camper. This registration fee is non-refundable if you fail to notify the Registrar that they will not be coming, or if a cancelation is made less than two weeks before camp. Upon arrival, this registration fee will be applied towards the camper's mattress fee ($5.00) and credit the camper's canteen account.

Registration will close 2 weeks before camp starts, June 16, 2025.
