Birthday Party Agreement

PLEASE NOTE
Birthday Parties overlap by 1/2 hour, meaning there is a party in the kitchen when your party starts in the gym.  You will have at least 1/2 hour while your birthday party participants are in the gym to set up the party room after the previous party leaves.

All fees are to be paid in full at time of booking.

USER AGREEMENT

 1.  User agreement must be completed/signed at least three business days prior to the event.

 2.  The guest list must be completed on the registration portal at least three business days prior to the event.  Please be sure to include any adults that will be playing on the equipment with the kids.  If adults are walking around to supervise, take pictures etc. and won't be on the equipment they do not need to be on the guest list.

 3.  Any changes to the guest list must be made at least three business days prior to the event.  This gives us time to book the adequate number of coaches to ensure that we meet Gymnastics BC's coach/athlete ratio.

 4.  It is the responsibility of the birthday party parent to share the Release of Liability Waiver link with parents of the attending guests/participants.  This link will be sent to you in an email and can be found on our website, www.keycitygym.ca->Programs->Birthday Parties.

 5.  All birthday party guests/participants must have a Release of Liability Waiver completed and signed prior to the birthday party.  Any guest/participant without a completed and signed waiver will not be able to participate.  

 6.  Due to Gymnastics BC Trampoline Insurance Regulations children 5 and under are not permitted on the trampoline devices.  No exceptions.  Trampoline rules that are posted throughout the gym must be adhered to.

 7.  Set up and clean up is to take place during your scheduled event time.  Please ensure you stay within your scheduled time.

 8.  Please make sure the kitchen and party room are left in the same condition as when you arrived.  A vacuum, broom, cleaning cloth, garbage can and recycle bin will be provided.

 9.  Participants, parents, siblings and other guests are not permitted on the floor or equipment at any time without a coach.

 10. Alcohol is not permitted at any time.

 11.  We understand that there are rules and restrictions that may be inconvenient.  In order to remain a club in good standing we must adhere to the regulations set out by Gymnastics BC and therefore these rules and restrictions are out of our hands.  We expect that staff will be treated with respect at all times!
