- Dancers will show the utmost respect to the facility, fellow dancers, parents and staff at all times.
- Replacement of any broken items will be the responsibility of the dancer or the dancer's Parent or Guardian.

All dancers are invoiced based on a monthly basis, unless the class(es) are paid in full, so your invoice will be the same each term unless you change classes. If you decide to withdraw from classes mid-term for any reason, you will still be charged for the entire invoiced period. Terms run from Aug. 5th to Dec. 21st and Jan. 6th to May 24th.
All Tuition is non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for missed classes due to cancellation, absence, or public holiday – where possible, we will endeavor to arrange make-up lessons for classes cancelled by Excel Dance Academy or will offer an alternative class.
