Compensation and Schedule
I accept the minimum remuneration of $19.00 per hour.
I understand there is no minimum guaranteed number of weekly hours and that my assigned shifts may vary from week to week within the contract period.
I understand that I may accept unlimited additional shifts, as they become available, but I may not work more than 88 hours in a single 14-day pay period.
I understand that I will receive an additional 4% pay which is in lieu of paid vacation. I acknowledge that requests for unpaid days off must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior and may or may not be approved.
I acknowledge that I am expected to work all scheduled shifts. The Company acknowledges that circumstances may arise where I am legitimately unavailable to work, however repeat and unexplained absences may result in dismissal.
I accept that COVID related government restrictions may change the Company’s ability to operate as planned. These restrictions could result in a delayed start, season extension and/or reduced season length which could impact hours. Restrictions may also change working conditions such as requirement to mask and/or need for additional vaccinations.
I understand this contract expires at the end of each session.
