1. Billing
The S2S Membership program is set up on a monthly automatic billing system. The monthly payment is $150+ HST per month which will be billed to the client's credit card on file.
2. Cancellation Policy
The S2S Membership payments will automatically be billed every month unless a cancellation request is submitted by the Account Owner to info@soul2sole.ca a minimum of 1 week prior to the next scheduled billing. Membership payments are a flat rate regardless of how many classes the student chooses to book or attend. There are no refunds/credits or transfers of payments should the student forget to cancel or NOT use their membership.
3. Declined Payments
It is the responsibility of the credit card holder to ensure that their billing information is up to date. A $5 admin fee may be charged for all declined payments.
4. Unlimited Group Lessons Per Month
Members must register for their classes online. Members who are booking classes for a level they have successfully completed will only be granted a spot in the class if there is room available. All members must adhere to the pre-requisite guidelines. If you will no longer be attending a class previously booked, we kindly ask that you cancel your booking prior to the class so the instructor is aware. You can do this by logging in to 'My Account' and cancelling it from the Schedule tab or by emailing customer service at info@soul2sole.ca
Note: This membership program does not apply to Choreography classes.
