The Fitness 13 program spans a period of 13 weeks and offers 3 types of training (Power Circuit, Tabata, and supervised Cross training). It is possible to participate in one, two, or three classes per week.
- Power Circuit with Vasso
- Mondays from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Mondays from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
- Tabata with Vasso
- Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM
- Supervised Cross Training with Bao
- Fridays from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
