Tables & Chairs *

Each group will be provided with one 6-foot table for the event and two chairs. To ensure a comfortable and organized space for all participants, we kindly ask that you keep displays small and be mindful of the tables around you.

There is a water refill station at Collins Hall. We encourage you to bring your reusable water bottle. There will also be water for sale at the BBQ.

There will be a BBQ at the event hosted by NSCSS/Club 90 with hot dogs and burgers for sale or you can bring your own lunch.

Provide Your Own Certificate: If you already have business or organizational insurance, please provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the City as an "Additional Insured" for up to $2,000,000 in General Liability.

If you do not have it now, please submit to recreation@elliotlake.ca no later than 10 days prior to the event.
