MASRC Urban Bike Program


About the MASRC Urban Bike Program 

The MASRC Urban Bike Program was created with the goal of providing independent, reliable, and safe transportation to Indigenous youth that have relocated to Winnipeg for school or for work. 

Application Requirements:

  1. Indigenous (First Nations, Metis, Inuit)
  2. Between the ages of 16-24
  3. Relocated to Winnipeg from outside of Winnipeg
  4. Must be in school or employed

Please fill out one application form per applicant. Application forms with multiple applicants will not be considered. 

Successful applicants will receive:

  • A new bike
  • A brand new helmet
  • A brand new lock
  • A bell for their bike
  • Information regarding bike routes in the city
