3 Hour Party Package InclusionsOur party packages are designed to make your celebration easy and fun, with everything you need included! Admission & Guests **Age Restrictions: All ages at any time with the exception of Thursday night parties in which all guests must be 18 years of age or older Waivers: All guests must have a completed waiver on file. One non-skating parent per paying child is no charge. Non-skaters are required to fill out a waiver. All children 3 years and over are counted as guests. Skate rentals are included for all paying guests. Charge based on minimum 10 guests per party, Maximum 20 guests. Each additional guest after 10 will be a fee of $37.50 each THE NUMBER OF GUESTS MUST BE CONFIRMED A MINIMUM OF 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE PARTY DATE. Food & Drink 2 PIZZAS included - one medium cheese and one medium pepperoni pizza. (Each medium pizza has 8 slices). If 2 pizzas (16 slices) are not enough for your party, you may add on more at checkout. Please note that you know your group best, and for some parties, 16 slices is more than enough, so please add more if you have hungry skaters at your party. One can of pop or bottle of water per guest. No outside food or drink can be brought into the building. We do allow you to bring your birthday cake, absolutely NO CANDLES or SPARKLERS PLEASE (no flames). Party Room & Host A private party room for the entirety of your group for a 3 hour session. Table settings (plates, and cutlery) are provided. Host to welcome guests, set up, and clean the party room. Host will meet you at the front entrance and bring you to the room upon your arrival. Please let the front desk know that you have arrived and wait in the lobby for your Host. Your group is responsible for handling food and serving themselves. Entertainment Song dedication and a name announcement by the DJ. Room Etiquette Party Room will be available at the start of the roller skating session, no earlier - partygoers are expected to enter through the front entrance and line up with the general public. Please arrive early to avoid delays. Doors open 15 minutes before session starts. Although we will do our best to monitor the ins and outs of the party rooms be aware that the doors are not locked, please do not leave valuables inside the room, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We strongly recommend that following gift opening that you bring your opened gifts up to your car for safe keeping. We ask that you and your party do not use confetti, or anything that will cause excessive cleaning. To re-iterate - No candles, sparklers etc, no outside food or drink except for a birthday cake. Your party is expected to leave the room reasonably clean as you had found it upon your arrival, please leave as soon as possible following the end of the session so that we can prepare the room for the next group. Deposit and Payment PolicyA deposit of 50% of the total value is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded only if the party is canceled 30 days prior to the date booked. Deposits will not be refunded to parties that do not show up. We accept cash, debit, Visa, and Mastercard for payments.
