2024 Provincial Summit Team Master Coach Application

Gymnastics Saskatchewan is taking applications for the position of Master Coach for the 2024 Provincial Summit Team. One Master Coach will be selected by the Technical Director in consultation with the WAG High Performance Coach through an application process. The Master Coach must hold a minimum of Competition 2 certified status and have prior experience on the floor at Western Canadian Championships and/or Canadian Championships.

The Provincial Summit Team Program aims to mentor and utilize aspiring coaches to attend major meets. Provincial Team Coaching Staff will include:

One Master Coach – who will mentor the other team coaches
Two or Three Team Coaches

The selection of team coaches will be based on a points system according to the gymnasts’ ranking. See the Provincial Summit Team Program Document for more information.

All Team coaches named to the Provincial Team Sask team shall be members in good standing with Gymnastics Saskatchewan and hold a minimum of Competition 2 Certified. In addition, all coaches named to a provincial team must follow the current Gym Sask screening policies.
