Sanction requests after the final deadline will not be guaranteed acceptance or receive priority in scheduling.

Clubs must submit the Sanctioned Event Request Form along with the $90 sanction fee by the deadline and are required to include alternate dates to reduce conflicts.

Clubs may still submit more than one request if they have all event details finalized. Doing so may help avoid higher or late sanctioning fees. Clubs must clearly indicate which event is their priority event in the space provided on the form. This event will be given priority.
