All USA Curling Member Clubs are entitled to a $5/USA Curling Individual Member rebate towards their club dues. This rebate is "instant" on behalf of USA Curling members who have joined prior to November 30th. This rebate will be applied to the following year's dues for members joining after November 30th.
Additionally, some clubs qualify for the Enhanced Rebate Program. The deadline for qualifying members to join for this is also November 30th.
USA Curling understands that a November 30th deadline to submit qualifying members for these rebates may not be feasible for some clubs, particularly those starting leagues in Late-November or onward. If you would like to request an extension to submit qualifying members, please submit that request in this form.
Members joining USA Curling after the deadline will still qualify for the $5 rebate, but the rebate will be applied against the following membership year's dues. Individual Members joining after the deadline will not qualify for additional rebates under the Enhanced Rebate Program.
Please note that unrenewed Individual USA Curling memberships will still expire 12/31/2025, even if this extension is requested.
USA Curling will consider clubs' usage of this form as a commitment to USA Curling Club membership for the 2025-2026 membership year, unless clubs indicate they do not wish to commit to membership at the bottom of this form. Agreeing to club membership will extend General Liability Insurance coverage from USA Curling through the requested extension date. If the roster is submitted on or before that date, the Club's membership will be fully renewed. If the roster is submitted after the requested extension, there may be a lapse in liability coverage.
