Settlement Services in the Bow Valley (SSBV) started November 2011 and has provided direct service to over 3000 individuals and families. We also provide ongoing support to schools, agencies, and employers. We are always looking to improve our services.

Our funder, Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) requires us to evaluate our services and the impact we have had. This is an important part of our funding agreement, which has been extended until 2028.
