Mountain Bike Trail Site Supervisor – Bison Butte

Bison Butte MTB Trails is looking for an experienced site supervisor to help lead and support our summer trail crew.

Start date will be determined based on Green Team Grant being received.

Estimate start: Mid May.

Estimated finish: Mid Sep

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting and mentoring summer staff on trail building and maintenance
Helping organize weekly work plans
Keeping projects on track and aligned with site priorities
Connecting with the Bison Butte Committee to bring trail plans to lift
Ensuring our collective trails stay fun, safe, and sustainable

You’re a great fit if you:

Have experience with MTB trail building or outdoor site supervision
Enjoy teaching, coaching, and bringing out the best in a team
Are organized (or at least organized enough to keep a crew moving!)
Love working outside in all elements Manitoba throws your way
Care about trails, community, and doing great work
