WAG: Women's Artistic Gymnastics trains primarily on the vault, uneven bars, beam, and floor exercise. Trampoline devices are used occasionally as supplementary training. From this tryout your athlete may be recommended to participate in recreational gymnastics (~1 hour/week), our pre-competitive developmental program (2-4 hours/week), the Xcel program (4-9 hours-week), or the Canadian Competitive Program (6-24 hours/week).
TG: Trampoline Gymnastics trains on the tumbling floor (rod floor), double mini trampoline, and trampoline. From this tryout your athlete may be recommended to participate in recreational gymnastics (~1 hour/week), our pre-competitive developmental program (1.5-3 hours/week), or the competitive TG program (6-14 hours/week).
