All parties include a $15 gift coupon for all guests to be used towards Renaissance Academy of Learning or Arts Conservatory programs. Please note there is a late charge of $60 per every additional 30 minutes. Outside food and drinks are permitted but must be nut-free. Plates, cutlery and cups are provided in each package. Basic decorations (table covers, Happy Birthday banner), including set-up and clean-up are included.

Terms and Condition

PAYMENT: A 50 % deposit is required once your party reservation is booked and must be received within 48 hours of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the date of the party. If any parties are booked with less than 14 days’ notice, full payment will be required at the time of the booking. Once the order form is received, you will be contacted by our administrator to arrange for payment to be taken through the Amilia payment platform
CANCELLATION: All event cancellations must be in writing. If you cancel your event after your final payment is made, there are no refunds. If you cancel your event before this 14-day blackout period, there is no refund of your deposit. If you cancel your event prior to the 14-day black-out, and you have already paid for your party in full, you will receive a credit for 50% of the full value of the party (i.e. the 50% deposit). This credit can only be applied to other events or rentals at our facility. In the event that a party gets cancelled at short notice, any special décor purchased on behalf of the client will be handed over to the client and the client will be charged the full rate of the décor cost. In the event of a late party cancellation, any cake ordered by the client can be picked up at the school and the client will be charged the full rate for the cake.
