Waiver and Release of Liability 

In consideration of my registration and participation in the activities, programs, and events offered or sponsored by Espace Hygie, I acknowledge and agree to the following: 

Acting on my behalf and on behalf of my heirs, legal representatives, assigns, and any other person who may act on my behalf, I waive, release, and discharge Espace Hygie, as well as its directors, employees, representatives, and anyone acting for or on its behalf from any liability in the event of injury, illness, death, loss or damage to property of any kind that may arise directly or indirectly from my participation in these activities. 

This waiver applies to all claims whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, including those resulting from negligence or breach of a legal duty, including those provided for in the Occupier's Liability Act. 

I also acknowledge that Espace Hygie cannot be held liable for loss, theft, unauthorized use or damage to personal property that I may bring onto its premises or activities. 

I understand that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. If any provision of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, such decision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions which shall continue in full force and effect. 

Usage Policy and Privacy

I understand the terms and conditions of use and the privacy policy including the collection of personal information necessary for registration and billing.
