The information you provide will be shared with the USA Curling Nominating & Governance Committee, who will share recommendations with the Board of Directors.

1. Why are you interested in serving on the USA Curling Ethics Committee?

3. Describe any experience you have with governance, ethics, compliance, legal matters, human resources, investigations, conflict resolution, or nonprofit leadership.
4. Why is ethical leadership important in a national sport governing body?

Ethics Committee members must satisfy the independence standards established in the USA Curling Bylaws. Current members of the USA Curling Board of Directors may not serve on the Ethics Committee.
