UPGRADE FORM

Simple play ups are allowed for:

1. A U16 player: Born in 2010

2. A U18 player: Born in 2008

Specifically for U18 players: The player born who turns 18 before or during the season must play in the junior category for the entire season.

In U14, it is not possible to upgrade to U16.

STEPS TO FOLLOW:

Any request for upgrading another player must be evaluated by a trained, certified coach who is a member of the Federation by filling out the following evaluation form:
1. FR : Surclassement_FicheEvaluationQualifianteJoueursLPR_FR2026
2. EN : Surclassement_QualifientEvaluationFormLPRPlayers_EN2026
Any request for upgrading must be accompanied by the consent form: FRQ Consent Form.
Once completed, the club must fill out the following online form for approval. The player cannot participate in the higher age category until written permission has been granted by Rugby Quebec.
