By registering with WIMGYM Gymnastics Club, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.
You are providing us with your consent to the following three points:
1. Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (P-39.1): In order to comply with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (P-39.1), certain information related to your child's membership will be transmitted to the Fédération de Gymnastique du Québec.
2. Canadian anti-spam law (C-28): In order to comply with the new Canadian anti-spam law (C-28), you agree to receive our email communications.

You accept the cancellation policy:
Cancellation before the start of the session: Cancellation before the start of the session entitles you to a full credit or refund. To cancel your registration, you must send an email to info@wimgym.ca including the full name of the parent, the full name of the child and the name of the course you wish to cancel. You must also specify whether you wish to obtain a credit or refund. The date you send your email requesting cancellation of your registration is the date taken into account as the course termination date. If you send your email after the start of the session, you will therefore be charged for the classes that took place before you sent your email.
Cancellation during the session: Cancellation during the session entitles you to a credit or refund (your choice) for the remaining courses. Affiliation fees are non-refundable and a 10% administration charge applies. To cancel your registration, you must send an email to info@wimgym.ca including the full name of the parent, the full name of the child and the name of the course you wish to cancel. You must also specify whether you wish to obtain a credit or a refund. The date you send your email requesting cancellation of your registration is the date taken into account as the course termination date. You will therefore be charged for courses that took place before your e-mail was sent.
Other: We do not offer credits or refunds for courses missed for personal reasons. However, if classes are cancelled by WIMGYM, a credit, refund or make-up class will be offered at the club's discretion.
You accept the affiliation fees:
The Fédération de Gymnastique du Québec (FGQ) affiliation fees are mandatory for all registered participants. These fees are payable once (1x) per gymnastics year. The cost is $15.00 for the Munchkins 1-2 yrs. class as well as for the Advanced Munchkins 2-3 yrs., and $35.00 for all other recreational classes (gymnastics or Gravity). If the affiliation fees for the period from September 1st, 2025, to August 31st, 2026, have not been paid, they will automatically be added to the balance due. The fees will be valid for the period of September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026.
You accept the mandatory uniform fee
Uniforms are mandatory for all 5+ year-old gymnastics classes and all 4+ year-old Gravity classes, with the exception of Intermediate 1 and 2 classes, for which only a gymnastics leotard of your choice is mandatory. For gymnastics classes, the uniform is the WIMGYM recreational leotard at a cost of $54.99 + tax. For Gravity classes, the uniform is the PN40 or WIMGYM recreational t-shirt at a cost of $25.00 + tax. Please note that costs are subject to change. This fee is not included in the balance payable on the registration platform. Uniforms are available at the Evissa Sport Boutique located inside Wimgym Gymnastics Club. You accept the payment methods
The following payment methods are available online: credit card, Interact Transfert and direct debit. The system automatically selects the option of paying in full. However, we offer the option of a payment in 2 instalments on pre-established dates: the first instalment is 50% plus the affiliation fees on the registration date and the second instalment is 50% on January 5th. To do so, you must select this option before proceeding to payment.
