Use this form to report suspected incidents of abuse, harassment, bullying, and/or hazing to USA Curling.
If you suspect a minor to be the victim of sexual misconduct, child abuse, or intimate relationships involving an imbalance of power, you must report it to law enforcement and file a complaint directly with the U.S. Center for SafeSport (the Center).
The Center has exclusive jurisdiction over allegations of all sexual misconduct.
The Center also accepts reports of emotional and physical misconduct (including but not limited to bullying, hazing, stalking, and harassment) within the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Movement.

There is no cost associated with submitting a complaint to either USA Curling or the U.S. Center for SafeSport.
