Cancellation Policy
Camp Monarch & Musical Theatre Camp
1. If you need to withdraw your child from camp, we must receive written notice by email to info@campmonarch.com no later than 3 weeks before the first day of camp for our full-week camps.
2. A $50 cancellation fee is charged for withdrawing a child from a full-week camp.
3. We will waive the cancellation fee if you opt to receive a credit instead of a refund. The credit can be used for future camps or dance classes and may be used by siblings or even parents taking adult classes. Please note that camp credits cannot be used for private music lessons.
Summer Dance Intensives
1. If you need to withdraw your dancer from a dance intensive, we must receive written notice by email to info@danceandmusic.ca no later than 3 weeks before the first day of the dance intensive. If written notice is received, then your payment will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after this time except in cases of medical emergency.
2. We will waive the cancellation fee if you opt to receive a credit instead of a refund. The credit can be used for future camps or classes and may be used by siblings or even parents taking adult classes.
3. If you need to withdraw your dancer because they are no longer joining the upcoming competitive dance season, please let us know by June 30th, and we will issue a refund or credit for the dance intensive tuition.
