Voting Delegate RSVP

Voting rights at the Special Meeting of the Members shall be restricted to any individual or rural member age 14 or over who has registered with the Manitoba Fencing Association prior to March 31. These members have one (1) vote, and may carry one (1) proxy vote. A Proxy Voting Form must be submitted for a proxy to vote on their behalf.

For members under 14 years of age, one (1) parent / legal guardian of that member will be allowed voting rights for that member. Please fill out this form as the parent / legal guardian.
