By-law 2.1 states: Any person who supports the vision, values and mission statements of the Society, is no longer attending high school and will be 18 years of age prior to the end of the Society's current fiscal year is eligible to become a member upon payment of the membership fees currently in effect. By joining Westwinds Music Society, members consent to be photographed by any means, including still photography, audio and video recording. Westwinds Music Society and its representatives have the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast and distribute these images and recordings in any media now known or later developed for promoting, publicizing or explaining Westwinds Music Society and any of its activities forever. Westwinds Music Society will not incur debts or liabilities of any kind from the use of these images or recordings.
