1. The Birthday Party Agreement & Guest List must be completed/signed at least 3 business days prior to the party.
2. The guest list must be completed at least 3 business days prior to the party. Please be sure to include any adults that will be playing on the equipment with the kids. If adults are walking around to supervise, take pictures etc. and won't be on the equipment they do not need to be on the guest list.
3. Any changes to the guest list must be made at least 3 business days prior to the party. This gives us time to book the adequate number of coaches to ensure that we meet Gymnastics BC's coach/athlete ratio.
4. It is the responsibility of the birthday party parent to share the Release of Liability Waiver link with parents of the attending participants. The link will be sent to you in an email, can be found on our website and is in the link below.
Release of Liability Waiver
5. All birthday party participants must have a Release of Liability Waiver completed and signed prior to the party. Any guest/participant without a completed and signed waiver will not be able to participate.
6. Due to Gymnastics BC Trampoline Insurance Regulations children 5 and under are not permitted on the trampoline devices, no exceptions. Trampoline rules that are posted throughout the gym must be adhered to.
7. Set up and clean up is to take place during your scheduled event time. Please ensure you stay within your scheduled time
8. Please make sure the kitchen and party room are left in the same condition as when you arrived. A vacuum, broom, cleaning cloth, garbage can and recycle bin will be provided.
9. Participants, parents, siblings and other guests are not permitted on the floor or equipment at any time without a coach.
10. Alcohol, tobacco, vaping, drugs etc. are not permitted at any time on the gym property (inside or outside).
11. We understand that there are rules and restrictions that may be inconvenient. In order to remain a club in good standing we must adhere to the regulations set out by Gymnastics BC and therefore these rules and restrictions are out of our hands. We expect that staff will be treated with respect at all times!
