BC Championships Bid to Host

Gymnastics BC (GymBC) is seeking proposals from member clubs interested in hosting the 2024 & 2025 Compulsory (with the Xcel Challenge - *see note below), and Optional WAG, MAG & Trampoline Gymnastics BC Championships.

* Xcel Challenge - With the continued development and delivery of Xcel programs across the province, we would like to provide Xcel athletes with the opportunity to compete at a GymBC Provincial event. As such, we hope to introduce a new event starting in the 2024, the “GymBC Xcel Challenge” (name of event to be confirmed).  For clubs wishing to host the 2024 and/or 2025 Compulsory Championships, we are offering the opportunity to add in an additional two days of competition to the weekend event - the first two days will be for Xcel athletes, followed by two days for the Compulsory competition.  This would mean one venue with 4 total days of competition and hundreds of athletes - a significant revenue opportunity for your club!

Host Hotel

Hotel rooms must be available for officials and athletes travelling in for the event. 

Please provide the name and address of the hotel, distance to competition venue and average cost of hotel rooms. As well as any additional information - ex. complimentary breakfast, pool, free parking for guests.
