Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability:
(Music Camp Programs – New West Music)

Participation in music camp programs at New West Music involves activities such as instrument use, classroom instruction, group participation, and supervised breaks. While these activities are designed to be safe and age-appropriate, they may involve certain inherent risks, including minor injury (e.g., slips, trips, or accidental contact with equipment or other participants).

In consideration of my child being permitted to participate in programs offered by New West Music, I, the undersigned parent/guardian, on behalf of myself, my child, and our respective heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns:

Acknowledge and accept all inherent risks associated with participation in music camp activities, including those related to the use of musical instruments and studio equipment

Confirm that my child is physically and medically able to participate in program activities

Agree to release and hold harmless New West Music, its owners, instructors, staff, volunteers, and affiliated partners, as well as the owners of any facilities used for programming, from any and all claims, demands, damages, or liability arising from participation in the program, to the fullest extent permitted by law, except in cases of gross negligence

Participants and their families agree to follow all studio policies, safety guidelines, and staff instructions to help maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all students.

New West Music may occasionally capture photographs or video recordings during camp activities for use in promotional materials (e.g., website, social media, print). By signing below, I grant permission for such use unless I have indicated otherwise in writing.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
(Music Camp Programs – New West Music)

Refund Schedule:

14+ days before the camp start date: → 75% refund
7–13 days before the camp start date: → 50% refund
Less than 7 days before the camp start date: → Non-refundable

*Additional Terms:

Missed days or partial attendance are non-refundable
Registrations may be transferred to another student (subject to approval)
Credits may be issued at the studio’s discretion in exceptional circumstances
