You are an essential part of the holiday season at Westcoast!
By sponsoring a family (or multiple families), you will be responsible for purchasing items based on their wish list as well as wrapping them up and dropping them off at one of our offices.
Sponsoring a family is easy:
1. Complete the Holiday Hamper Helper application form below.
2. A Westcoast staff member will contact you as soon as possible with further steps and information on the family you have been paired up with as well as details about how to build a hamper.
3. Time to shop! Create a hamper with the family’s wish list items. We accept new items only. For health, safety, and hygiene purposes please do not provide any used items in the hamper.
4. Drop the completed hamper at the Westcoast location closest to you (Vancouver or Port Coquitlam).
The deadline to drop off hampers will be Saturday, December 13th, 2025.
