Lottery Registration - JV Girls 3s Division

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2026 High School Beach Volleyball Open.

This form is a registration form to be in the lottery only. Submitting this form does not guarantee entry into the tournament.

Dates: May 27 & 28, 2026
Location: Maple Grove Rugby Park & Sargent Park
Price: $130 + GST

Important Information:

Schools must complete this Lottery Registration Form to be eligible for the tournament.
Schools that do not submit this form will not be considered.
The lottery registration form will close on APRIL 27, 2026 at 11:59PM.
The lottery will happen following the closing of the form, no late submissions will granted access into the lottery.
Selected teams will be invited to officially register and pay by May 1, 2026.
If registration and payment are not completed by MAY 8, 2026, the spot will be forfeited and offered to another team.

Schools may submit multiple entries per division; however, no more than two teams per school will be selected through the lottery.

Submitting multiple entries does not increase the likelihood of selection beyond the two-team maximum.
