RPAY MEMBERSHIP FORM

RPAY memberships expire annually on August 31st.

Instructions

Select your membership based on the programs or services you wish to access.
Read and sign the Assumption of Risk and Waiver section.
Read and sign the Photo Release section (for Individual Adult memberships only).
Pay your membership fee by credit card or cheque.
Find your membership card/number attached to your receipt.

Regular Membership Types

Individual Memberships include access to our leadership and professional development programs, as well as voting privileges at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Affiliate Memberships provide access to our community and school-based programs (e.g., WAFL Library, Cycle Smart, APE). Affiliate members do not have voting privileges at the AGM.

Special Membership Types

Board Memberships are for individuals who are currently serving as a Director on the RPAY Board.

Legacy Memberships may be presented at the AGM to an individual who has demonstrated a long-term commitment to advancing RPAY's goals and objectives. This membership does not expire.

Affiliate (Community/Organization)

An affiliate membership is for groups, organizations, schools, or governments who want to access our community and school-based programs:

Winter Active for Life (WAFL) program and equipment library
Cycle Smart
Active Play Experience (APE)

Keep a record of your Affiliate Membership number as it is needed to access programs such as the WAFL Library or Cycle Smart.
