Sanctioning Agreement

In making this request, the host club agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of Gymnastics BC (GymBC), Gymnastics Canada (GymCan), and the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG), as applicable.

The host club further agrees that:

All participants attending from outside British Columbia must complete the GymBC waiver prior to participation.
Participants from other Canadian provinces/territories who are registered with their respective PTO are recognized under the reciprocal agreement between Canadian federations and are covered through their own PTO insurance.
International participants (outside Canada) are not eligible for GymBC or PTO membership and are therefore not covered by GymBC's accident/medical insurance. They must provide proof to the event host of valid travel, medical, and accident insurance before being permitted to participate.
They are responsible for collecting and maintaining proof of insurance and permission to participate for all out-of-province and international participants. GymBC reserves the right to audit host clubs and may, at any time, request evidence that the required documentation has been obtained.
