Junior Squash Tournament

Squash Outaouais invites you to a one-day junior tournament! This is a great opportunity for your child to get introduced to squash competition or to improve their game. There are several categories divided according to each player's skill level. To participate, your child must successfully serve at least 60% of the time. Categories for competitive players are also available.

Dates : Sunday, March 22 (Matches start at 8 AM)

Registration Deadline : Sunday, March 15 at 11:59 PM

Categories : Participants will be divided into categories based on their skill levels. Several categories will be available, including some with 2 serves and red dot balls. We will contact you if we do not know your child's skill level.

Elite Prix (CL Rating 3.20+)
Super Prix (CL Rating 2.40-3.19)
Grand Prix (CL Rating 1.80-2.39)
Mini Prix (CL Rating below 1.80)

Cancellation by the Client
Before the registration deadline:
80% refund of the registration fees.

After the registration deadline:
No refund.

Cancellation or Modification by La Sporthèque or Squash Outaouais
In case of cancellation by La Sporthèque or Squash Outaouais (weather conditions, technical issues, etc):

Full refund. Participants will be notified by email or phone as soon as possible.

Authorization for Image Capture and Distribution
During the tournament, photographs and/or video recordings may be taken and used for communication and promotional purposes by Squash Outaouais, including on its digital platforms and social media.

By clicking "I accept," you consent to your child's image and/or voice being captured and distributed without compensation.

If you do not wish to authorize this use, please inform Squash Outaouais via email at info@squashoutaouais.ca before the start of the event.

Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration of my registration and participation in activities, programs, and events offered or sponsored by La Sporthèque and/or Squash Outaouais, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Acting on my behalf and on behalf of my heirs, legal representatives, assigns, and any other person who may act on my behalf, I waive, release, and discharge La Sporthèque and Squash Outaouais, as well as its directors, employees, representatives, and anyone acting for or on its behalf from any liability in case of injury, illness, death, loss or damage to property of any kind that may arise directly or indirectly from my participation in these activities.

This waiver applies to any claims whether foreseeable or unforeseeable including those arising from negligence or failure to fulfill a legal obligation including those provided for in the Occupiers' Liability Act.

I also acknowledge that La Sporthèque or Squash Outaouais cannot be held liable for loss, theft, unauthorized use or damage to personal belongings that I may bring onto its premises or activities.

I understand that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. If any provision of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that decision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of other provisions which shall continue in full force.
