Gymnastics Saskatchewan is pleased to offer the use of our Samsung Galaxy tablets for scoring purposes during club invitationals. In order to participate, the following terms and conditions apply:

Timelines

• Requests must be submitted no later than 10 days prior to an event. 
• Tablets must be returned no later than 5 days after an event. 

Deposit:

• Clubs are required to submit a cheque* for $300 prior to the event.
• The cheque will not be deposited unless any tablets are returned damaged.

Value & Damages:

• Each tablet is valued at $250.
• Clubs will be invoiced for damages beyond the deposit if required.

Usage:

• Tablets must be stored in a secure, temperature-controlled area.
• Tablets are strictly for scoring entry purposes only.
• No applications/software may be downloaded unless approved by Gymnastics Saskatchewan prior.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs may apply based on the location the tablets are required, and the schedule of Gymnastics Saskatchewan staff.

By signing below, clubs agree to adhere to the above terms and conditions. We trust that clubs will handle the tablets with respect and care. Gymnastics Saskatchewan reserves the right to enforce these guidelines to maintain the integrity of the equipment and provide a seamless scoring experience for all.
