October 1 - 31 - Full refund minus $25 withdrawal fee

November 1 - November 20 - Full refund, with a medical note, minus $50 withdrawal fee. No refund without a medical note. Athlete will receive their gift.

After November 20 - No Refund. Athlete will receive their gift.

No shows and on-site scratches will not be refunded.

Refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the competition within 1 month.
