Flag Football Camp

Our High Performance Flag Football Program is designed to ensure
athletes are at their physical peak and are fully prepared
for the winter flag football season.

Sessions are 75 minutes in length and include warm up,
athletic skill work (speed, agility, power), strength training and conditioning for flag football.

Program runs two times per week (September 29, 2026 to December 17, 2026) and costs $450.00 + GST ($150.00/month + GST).
