Each Member Club of the Society shall submit the name of the voting delegate to the registered office of the Society at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date of any annual/general meeting. One assigned voting delegate may hold all the votes their club is entitled to. Delegates may be replaced by another club member providing that the latter submits a Certificate of Authorization to Vote, duly signed by the President or the Senior Club Official of the Member Club in question. If no representative from the club can attend, then that club will forfeit all votes.

Delegates assigned by Member Clubs must have been a 2024-2025 AGF Member in good standing and be affiliated with the Member Clubs in one of the following capacities:

Elected director of the Member Club;
Club coach who is registered with the Society;
A parent of a club gymnast who is registered with the Society;
Club administrators or program directors;
Society registered judge or official;
Honorary Member.
