Hello πŸ‘‹,

Ready? Let’s dive in!

🎯 Our latest features

πŸ”– Generate insurance claim receipts

By enabling this feature, when participants sign up for your activities, they will receive an insurance claim receipt with their invoice, including the instructor's name, professional credentials, and the amount paid. This feature simplifies insurance claims for participants who need them.

πŸ₯‡ Add skills to your activities

A new Students and Skills tab has been added under Classes, enabling you to create, manage, and assign skills and levels to your members. Additionally, the Prerequisites tab in classes/events allows you to list the required skills for registration. For example, a beginner will not be able to register for advanced-level classes.

🌎 Improved translation features

We’ve improved the translation of registration forms to give you greater flexibility and control. Plus, automatic translations for classes (titles, descriptions, and more) are now available, eliminating the need for separate classes in different languages.

πŸš€ Create a dedicated waitlist form

Offer your audience the option to sign up directly for a waitlist with a dedicated form. Instead of activating the waitlist only when the event is full, you can now create a specific form and better manage your event's registration flow.

⏰ Send reminders with barcodes

You can now include a barcode placeholder in the reminders sent to event participants. This barcode can be scanned at your entrance, streamlining access and speeding up the check-in process.

πŸ“… The webinar of the month

This month, we hosted a webinar dedicated to the secrets of a successful online ticketing system. We’d like to thank everyone who joined us! If you missed it or want to relive the event, the replay is now available.
